General Provisions
The operator, the owner of the web and technical design of the website www.citfin.cz are companies Citfin – Finanční trhy, a.s. and Citfin, spořitelní družstvo, based in Radlická 751/113e, 158 00 Prague 5 – Jinonice (hereinafter referred to as operator), who are authorised, pursuant to Act. No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, as amended, to exercise property rights towards the website. Operator of website hosting www.citfin.cz company is ACTIVE 24, Ltd. based Sokolovská 394/17, 186 00 Prague 8.
Based on the licence pursuant to the Copyright Act, the operator has all the rights to the content of the website itself, including text and their design, technical drawings, graphics, all depictions on the website, as well as to the selection and method of arranging files contained on the website.
The operator hereby publishes the conditions of use of the www.citfin.cz website (hereinafter referred to as conditions). The www.citfin.cz website is publicly accessible free of charge and its use is governed by these conditions.
Method of Use
